We're hiring a Remote Support Engineer to join our Connected Services Hub, supporting critical infrastructure across energy, power and building systems.
This role focuses on remote alarm monitoring, basic technical troubleshooting, and clear communication with field teams and customers. You won't work night shifts, but you'll be on a rotating shift pattern covering early (6:30-17:30) and late (11:00-22:00) shifts. You'll help identify and escalate issues early to reduce downtime and keep critical systems running.
You'll be part of a global, 24/7 remote services team that uses Schneider Electric's secure monitoring platforms and EcoStruxure technology to support systems worldwide.
