LCS Legal is a well-established estate planning and legal services firm with over 35 years of experience helping families across the UK protect their assets through professional Will Writing, Probate, and Estate Planning services.

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Agent to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for contacting potential clients across the UK to arrange appointments for our consultants, who provide expert advice on wills and estate planning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sales-driven, confident, and able to communicate the importance of having a will clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients across the UK. Engage professionally, build rapport, and discuss estate planning needs. Book qualified appointments for our field consultants. Manage client information accurately using our CRM system. Achieve and exceed call and booking targets.
Essential Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within financial services, wills, insurance, or related sectors. Confident communicator with a professional and persuasive telephone manner. Strong experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word). Highly self-motivated and target-driven. Must have a dedicated home workspace and a high-speed, reliable internet connection suitable for professional calling.
What We Offer

Starting salary: 25,000 per year. Realistic OTE: 35,000 per year with commission structure. Remote working following successful completion of training. 20 days annual holiday + 8 bank holidays.
