Due to continued growth, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to help drive our success forward!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Telesales Agent, your role will be crucial in securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales.

Developing strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets - your hard work pays off with uncapped commission potential!

Keeping up to date with our products, services, and market trends to provide the best solutions.

Identifying and pursuing new opportunities through research and networking.

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing feedback to improve our sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

Previous telesales or sales experience - if you've done it before, you know what it takes!

Excellent communication skills - you're confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Resilience and motivation - rejection doesn't faze you; it drives you to succeed!

A team player - you thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
