What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering brilliant service to our customers, making their move smooth and stress-free Lifting, packing, loading, and unloading household or office goods safely and efficiently Disassembling and reassembling furniture when needed Representing Rubix professionally, on and off the job - we want our customers to remember your smile as much as the service!

What We're Looking For:

A great attitude and strong work ethic - reliability, professionalism and teamwork are key Physically fit and comfortable with lifting up to 25kg (with equipment to help, of course) Someone who enjoys working outdoors and being on the move. Comfortable working long days and occasional Saturdays Willingness to stay overnight for occasional long-distance moves (accommodation and food allowance provided) DBS check required - we'll help you sort this during probation

Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential):

Previous experience in removals, logistics, construction, trades, hospitality or customer service Experience driving commercial vans Supervisory experience or a natural ability to lead a small team
