Leading Removals Porter Required in Plymouth - Move Coordinator

We require a highly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable removals porter locally within Plymouth and occasionally long-distance within the UK.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the moving and loading of items , train staff, and take the lead in moving complex and awkward items.

The candidate must have extensive experience in domestic home removal and will instantly know how to move heavy, difficult and awkward items within confined spaces while minimising the risk of injury or damage to property.

Key Responsibilities / Lead Removal Porter

Take the lead in coordinating moves. Assume the role of leading the way when handling challenging items. Helping to train the team to enhance their collective strengths and abilities. Assist and coordinate the loading of the moving vehicle. Ensure accurate completion and upkeep of all delivery paperwork and documentation. Maintaining a high level of customer service and providing managers with regular updates regarding the relocation. Ensuring that you adhere to all legal and company policies and procedures.

Plymouth Removals Company Porter Salary:

This position has a starting salary of 12 - 15 per hour on a contract basis, depending on experience and skills. In addition, a future permanent role would include an annual bonus, pension scheme, and holiday entitlement.

Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
