Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their enquiries, provide taiolered quotations, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our brand. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Previous removals experience (desirable but not essential) Proficiency with Moveware CRM (desirable but not essential) Strong organisational and time-management skills Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent telephone manner and professional communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive, driven attitude
