IMOSC Ltd is a UK-based recruitment and staffing company connecting businesses with reliable, work-ready candidates. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client - a professional consultancy firm - for a part-time Sales and Customer Service Assistant role based in Blackpool.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team where you'll support the company's sales, customer service, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service
Follow up on warm leads and support the conversion of new clients
Confidently promote the company's services to prospective customers
Handle admin duties including data entry, diary management, and email campaigns
Assist with marketing campaign activity and material preparation
Collaborate with colleagues on ideas for business development and service promotion
Ideal Candidate
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner
Self-motivated, sales-focused, and target-driven
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential
Comfortable using email, MS Office, and basic admin tools
Organised, dependable, and eager to learn
Working Hours & Benefits
16 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm)
Flexible start/finish times may be considered
12.21 per hour
