We are seeking a skilled Renderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and building, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. You will be responsible for creating high-quality finishes on structures, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working on both commercial and domestic properties.
Duties
To work as part of a team on rendering/ EWI / Plastering projects.
Boarding, plasterboard, insulation board, woodfibre boards etc.
Assist other employees in various construction trades
Requirements
Proven experience in rendering or a related construction field is preferred.
Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of rendering practices is beneficial.
Ability to complete projects to a high standard of finish
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
Good interpersonal skills
