Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Renewable Electrician(Solar/EV)
to join a growing, forward-thinking renewable energy contractor. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Solar PV installations, EV charge point installations, and general electrical work across domestic or commercial environments.You'll be carrying out high-quality installations, testing, fault finding, and commissioning on a range of renewable technologies while working as part of a skilled engineering team
Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and commission Solar PV systems (roof-mounted and ground-mounted). Install and commission EV Charge Points (domestic and/or commercial). Diagnose and repair faults on renewable electrical systems. Complete electrical certification and ensure all work meets industry standards. Carry out general electrical installation and maintenance tasks where required. Work closely with customers, project managers, and site teams to deliver projects safely and on time. Ensure compliance with BS7671 and all relevant regulations
Requirements
Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ) 18th Edition Experience installing solar PV systems
