Duties
Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their requirements effectively.
Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed.
Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest appropriate products or services.
Process sales transactions accurately using the company's point-of-sale system.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the organisation of display areas.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
