- 25,000 per annum (fixed) plus uncapped 5000 OTC
Location
- Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days office based minimum

What You'll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to existing customers to review accounts and identify opportunities.
Recommend upgrades, additional services, and solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Build strong relationships through positive, solution-focused conversations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and quality standards.
Handle objections confidently using value-based selling techniques.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for seamless follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Comply with all company policies and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or similar sales/customer service roles (telecoms experience preferred).
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain product features clearly.
IT literate with solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Industry experience in IT, utilities, or service provision is an advantage.
