Role Profile - Renewables Admin Support



Location:

Norwich (Hybrid considered)

Reports to:

Renewables Manager

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

Purpose



Provide day-to-day admin support to the Renewables team, helping projects run smoothly and giving you the chance to grow into more responsibility as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and maintain

property packs

for installations.

Schedule

surveys and installs; confirm appointments with residents and engineers.

Order and track materials

to meet project timelines. Keep

supplier/client portals

and onboarding documents up to date. File certificates and compliance documents accurately. Assist with

general office admin

and occasional social media updates.

What We're Looking For



Strong

organisation and time management

skills. Confident with

Microsoft 365

(Word, Excel, Teams). Good communicator - clear, friendly and professional.

Basic understanding of electrical/renewables work

(or willingness to learn).

MCS knowledge

is a bonus, not essential.

Pay: 25,500.00-27,000.00 per year
