R&S Energy Solutions is a growing renewables and plumbing business based in South Wales. We install air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, and traditional plumbing and heating systems for domestic and commercial clients. The Role



We're looking for a

highly organised, practical, and tech-savvy coordinator

to join the team and take ownership of our renewables project operations. This role is

office-based in Treforest

and plays a vital role in ensuring installations run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and communication is clear across customers, engineers, and certifying bodies.

You'll work across a range of technologies (heat pumps, solar PV, batteries) and help keep our projects compliant, efficient, and well-documented.

We're looking for someone to

start as soon as possible

-- full handover and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Project Coordination

Manage installation schedules and monitor progress Liaise with engineers, electricians, scaffolders, and suppliers Lead weekly production meetings and track live jobs Flag and resolve delays or issues

Compliance & Documentation

Handle all MCS paperwork and customer handover packs Submit DNO applications (G98/G99) and track approvals Upload records to TrustMark and EasyMCS Maintain structured and accurate site records

Customer & Supplier Communication

Keep customers updated throughout the project Coordinate deliveries and manage supplier communication Respond to phone and email queries professionally

IT & Internal Systems

Use ServiceM8 for job management and scheduling Monitor vehicle tracker data as needed Maintain company systems (Office 365, Squarespace, shared drives) Develop templates, guides, and internal resources for the team

Occasional Marketing & Reporting

Support project case studies and reporting on carbon/energy savings Assist with grant or funding paperwork where required Contribute to simple, fact-based social media content

What We're Looking For



Experience in project coordination, technical admin, or similar operational roles Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail -- especially with documentation and compliance Comfortable using digital tools (Office 365, cloud storage, job scheduling platforms) Clear, confident communicator Bonus: knowledge of renewables, MCS, or construction coordination
