The Role

Our Renewals Coordinator position offers an exceptional entry point into the technology solutions industry. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients maintain continuous coverage of their critical IT systems while developing valuable commercial and technical skills.

In this role, you'll:

Manage and track customer software and hardware contracts within our Cisco portfolio Develop a thorough understanding of Cisco's product ecosystem and licensing models Proactively communicate with customers about upcoming renewals and contract changes Work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams Build relationships with both clients and vendor partners Gain exposure to the complete customer lifecycle in a technology business
