XLCR Vehicle Management Ltd, a leading name in vehicle leasing, is expanding its Renewals Team. We're looking for ambitious, experienced professionals who are ready to maximise their earning potential while building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
As a Renewals Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through their end-of-lease journey -- from first contact to contract renewal -- ensuring a seamless, supportive, and value-driven experience that reflects our high service standards.
Position: Full-Time Renewals Executive
Location: Albert Road, Colne
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers whose vehicle leases are due to expire within 6-12 months
- Build rapport and maintain regular contact with customers, identifying their future vehicle needs
- Present and explain tailored renewal options, including upgrades, alternative vehicles, or finance plans
- Generate quotes and secure reorders in line with customer preferences and company pricing strategies
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and social media regarding renewals
- Collaborate with internal departments to manage timelines for returns, deliveries, and new agreements
-Accurately update CRM systems and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard
-Contribute to team targets and retention goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach
What We're Looking For
:
- Previous experience in vehicle leasing, sales, account management, or retention roles - Excellent communication skills -- confident, clear, and professional
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
-Comfortable with both proactive outreach and responding to inbound renewal enquiries
-Goal-oriented and driven by customer satisfaction and performance-based earnings - Familiarity with vehicle finance products, leasing terms, and the end-of-contract process is a strong advantage
