We are now looking for a knowledgeable and proactive

Rent & Service Charge Manager

to lead the implementation of our Service Charge Framework.


In this key role, you'll be responsible for developing and applying policies and procedures that ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Working closely with colleagues across Income, Finance, and other departments, you'll provide expert advice to service owners and budget holders, maximising rent and service charge recovery while delivering transparency and fairness for our customers.

While not essential, candidates currently studying towards or already holding AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
