We're currently looking for a Rent Protection Administrator to sit within our Tenant Credit Control team in our Property Management division. The position will be heavily administration focused with responsibility for managing our Rent Protection policies. Foxtons offers landlords the opportunity to purchase rent protection insurance which covers unpaid rent in the event their tenant defaults.
Core responsibilities of the role:
Discussing the policy details with clients
Setting up new policies
Auditing existing policies to ensure compliance
Setting up new claims when appropriate
Tracking claim payments
Tracking volumes, conversions, claims and reporting to management
Assist the wider team in responding to landlords and tenants' emails regarding outstanding rent.
About You
As well as strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, we are also looking for people who are self-motivated.
No previous experience in the property industry or credit control is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. All we ask is that you come with the willingness to learn and the desire to do the job well.
