This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Rental Manager to join one of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s leading vehicle rental specialists, heading the Rental Team at one of our busy sites in Grantham. You will be overseeing both Northgate and Auxillis Operations. Your role, as Rental Manager, is about supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim; ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and promptly. The Rental Manager is responsible for a team of staff including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents and Yard Controller. We all have a part to play! The Grantham Rental Manager needs to be highly customer focused, driven by success, a good people manager and to ensure vehicle availability and business growth. The branch needs a decision maker and leader that encourages our team to deliver immediate and continuous decision making, together with drive and innovation to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, deliver on our service commitment to our customers. About you
