Job Description
WE-Rental are looking for an enthusiastic RSA who wants to join our small team and join the exciting world of car rental. If you are customer service minded, energetic, enthusiastic & ready for a new challenge please get in touch. Requirements: Candidates must be proficient in English, Have a customer service background. Previous experience working in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided. Must be flexible to work out with normal working hours if required including weekend. Main Duties: Rental Sales Agent
- Identify and Coordinate all customer enquiries for vehicle hire.
- Customers service due diligence checks
- Maximise Fleet income and utilisation
- Ensure all rentals are up to date.
- Thorough recording all hire bookings on our booking system.
- Ensure all vehicles are Valeted and ready for hire del/coll when required.
- Keep the office clean & tidy. Daily tally & reconciliation.
- To perform any other duties relevant to the function of the company as directed by senior management
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: \xc2\xa311.00-\xc2\xa312.00 per hour Benefits:
