Repair & Calibration Technician UK (f/m/x)





What's it all about?



you will perform diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades on OMICRON test equipment according to internal procedures and quality standards you will maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and calibrations for ISO and internal compliance you will participate in continuous training programs to keep up with product developments and testing technologies you ensure that the service area is organized, clean, and meets ESD safety requirements you will handle device in and outbound logistics you will manage spare parts inventory


What are we looking for?



you have an A Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician / Metrology Technician Apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, or a comparable education you have minimum 2 years of experience in service, repair, or calibration of electronic or electrical equipment (preferably in a high-precision or test equipment environment) you bring a good understanding of analog/digital electronics, test methodologies, and measurement principles you are proficient with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators you enjoy working independently and in a team-oriented environment you are willing and able to travel internationally for training and occasional support activities you have excellent English language skills
