An opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Administrator/Inspector to support the Repairs Department with the processing of customer returned products.


Role Responsibilities


Processing incoming returns. Acquisition of appropriate Drawing Office paperwork required to carry out test and repair. Generation of repair survey reports. Ordering and coordination of stores, production, and consumable items. Final inspection of completed repairs. Packing, booking out and despatch.


Other duties include but are not limited to:


To undertake any reasonable duty specified by Senior Management.

Job requirements:




Excellent written and spoken English. 2 years + administration experience, preferably within a sales team. Confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Full Time Position


Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working. Salary commensurate with experience. Free internal training provided as required. Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.

Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
