Direct Labour Organisation (DLO)
and ensuring service delivery aligns with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership for the responsive repairs service
Manage and performance-monitor DLO operatives and supervisory staff
Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory obligations
Oversee service performance against agreed KPIs and budgets
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and senior management
Key Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a Repairs Manager or similar role within social housing
Proven track record managing in-house DLOs
Strong understanding of housing maintenance, compliance, and repairs delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
