DoubleCool is a leading provider of high-quality refrigeration chiller doors, delivering durable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient solutions for chiller cabinets. We supply and install a wide range of refrigeration cabinet and acrylic door solutions across the UK. Our customers include major supermarkets, independent and chain convenience stores, petrol stations, farm shops, garden centres, OEMs, refrigeration engineers, and many more sectors.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled Replacement Door Technician to join our team, covering supermarket locations across the North East and Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for replacing doors, ensuring a high-quality, timely, and professional finish on every job. Working to tight deadlines, managing stock levels, handling workload efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service while consistently adhering to health and safety guidelines.

As this is a remote-based role, the ideal candidate will be based in the North East region or Scotland to effectively service the designated region.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, technical mindset. Experience using hand tools for installations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A valid UK driving licence (for a medium-sized van). Ability to work remotely, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules. A flexible approach to work, with a willingness to travel within the designated region and support colleagues when needed. Commitment to high standards, ensuring all installations are completed professionally and to the highest quality.

Pay: 26,500.00-29,500.00 per year
