We are currently looking for a Replenishment Supervisor to join the team, based at our Swansea branch:

As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will support and assist the Replenishment Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:-

Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times. Ensure 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering <10% ISOS. Ensure KPI's are in place for gap counts. Contribute to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot. Drive the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience. Act as an Ambassador for the brand. Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded. Ensure Health & Safety Policy and Legislation is adhered to.

We're looking for someone with;

Experience gained within a warehouse / retail / wholesale environment Sound knowledge of product areas Natural organiser with exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks Strong time management skills Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills
