We currently have an opportunity for a Picking Supervisor to join the team at our Swansea branch:

As the Picking Supervisor, you will be supporting and managing areas of the warehouse shop floor and Goods In department, to achieve and exceed all depot KPI's, targets and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:-

Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times. Ensure that all pick targets are met on a daily basis. Contribute to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot. Drive the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience. Act as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale. Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded. Ensure Health & Safety Policy and Legislation is adhered to.

We're looking for someone with;

Experience gained within a warehouse operations / picking environment Sound knowledge of product areas Natural organiser with exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks Strong time management skills Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills
