Description



As a Reporting Analyst within the Sales Planning & Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across the sales organisation. This role is responsible for translating complex data into clear narratives through impactful reporting, dashboards, and analysis. You will work closely with EMEIA SP&O, sales teams, and technical partners to ensure data-driven decision-making is enabled at every level of the organisation.","responsibilities":"Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to deliver insights that support sales and operational decision-making.

Collaborate with SP&O leadership and key Sales stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear reporting requirements and actionable insights.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards tailored to various sales use cases, with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.

Use SQL to extract, validate, and analyse data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of all reporting outputs.

Partner with data engineering and IT teams to build and maintain comprehensive, integrated datasets that support cross-functional analysis across SP&O.

Identify opportunities for deeper analysis and proactively deliver insights that inform and influence sales strategies.

Align with regional analytics teams to ensure consistency in data definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards.

Translate complex data into concise, compelling stories and recommendations that drive informed business decisions.

Leverage Excel to analyse unstructured data and produce quick-turnaround insights, while building repeatable, automated solutions where possible.

Maintain rigorous documentation, version control, and change management practices across all reporting assets.

Develop scalable reporting frameworks to ensure long-term sustainability and adaptability of reporting solutions.



Preferred Qualifications



Familiarity with sales metrics, business operations, and reporting best practices is strongly preferred.



Minimum Qualifications



Strong analytical mindset with experience in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.

Proficient in SQL or similar querying languages to manage large datasets.

Demonstrated expertise in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, including dashboard design and optimisation.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational, documentation, and project management skills.

Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data, including advanced use of Excel.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
