We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and proactive Reprographics Officer to join our busy and welcoming team at Haberdashers' Elstree Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of two leading independent schools on one campus.
Working at the heart of the organisation, the Reprographics Officer ensures the delivery of high-quality printing and administrative services across the schools. From producing materials for lessons and events to maintaining equipment and managing supplies, you'll be an essential part of a fast-paced and friendly environment where no two days are the same.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives on managing multiple priorities and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service to colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing reprographics requests efficiently and professionally
Producing high-quality materials including booklets, laminating, and finishing tasks
Maintaining and troubleshooting printing equipment
Monitoring usage and supplies, and placing cost-effective orders
Supporting events such as Open Days and Admissions
Recommending new ways to enhance reprographics services and delivery

You'll be someone who is approachable, calm under pressure, and highly organised. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with staff, and you'll bring a meticulous eye for detail to everything you do.

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and knowledge of colour management
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple requests and meeting tight deadlines
