Shifts: Monday - Friday, shifts 07:00-15:00 and 14:00-22:00 rotating shift pattern

Purpose of the role
Do you have a good knowledge of Reprographic and Print Room Procedures and excellent customer service skills? You will be providing provide high quality Reprographics work within the reprographics team, ensuring that all required services are delivered within the agreed service levels and operating methods.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage files from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF etc. and apply minor changes if requested, and print/fulfil.
Printing, photocopying, collating and binding client presentations and internal documentation using both black and white and colour copier/printers and binding equipment.
Use advance features on printing/copying machinery, tasks including reducing, enlarging, image shift and slip sheeting on various reprographics equipment.
Quality control on all materials produced by the department to ensure these meet the department's and client's standards and specifications.
Accurately record and enter production and usage details on job requisition forms and data input into relevant recharge system e.g. Job Track.
Perform light maintenance on machines, i.e. change toner, clear paper jams, etc.
Own or escalate any Production Room machine faults.
Provision of effective support to the efforts of the operation by assisting with the management of day-to-day workflows and any other mutually agreed tasks and projects.
Highlighting to the Team Leader any arising issues that may have influence on service quality, including service enhancements, efficiency gains and procedural developments.
Ensure that wastage is kept to a minimum.
Ensure that Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times
Key SkillsComputer literacy with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and interpersonal skills.
Be organised, able to juggle priorities and multi-task.
Strong integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
