The Role
We are looking for
Reputation Management Volunteers
to help us monitor, manage, and protect our online presence. This role involves supporting our team in promoting positive engagement, addressing concerns, and ensuring our reputation on social platforms remains professional, respectful, and community-focused.
You will be working both on behalf of
our organisations
and in support of
our clients
, helping us maintain a positive online reputation and build trust across different projects. Volunteers will work
as part of a team
, sharing ideas, supporting each other, and contributing to our wider mission.
What You'll Be Doing
Monitoring social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
Identifying and escalating inappropriate or harmful comments.
Supporting the creation of positive, community-focused responses.
Helping to maintain consistency in our tone of voice and messaging.
Promoting good news stories, achievements, and community impact.
Collaborating with other volunteers and team members to strengthen our online presence.
What We're Looking For
Interest in communications, public relations, or social media.
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.
A professional, calm, and friendly approach to online interactions.
Ability to work independently
and thrive as part of a supportive team

No previous experience needed - training and guidance will be provided.
