The Research & Innovation Department is part of the Clinical Governance Directorate within the Trust. Our mission is to develop and support healthcare that is effective, efficient, and research-based. We contribute to:



Clinical governance initiatives including risk management, guideline development, audits, and patient satisfaction surveys.



Implementation of the research governance framework.



Supporting divisions in undertaking research and innovation projects.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Provide administrative and clerical support within the Research function in line with agreed priorities.



Assist with research and monitoring activities across the department.



Help maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and governance.



Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care through your personal actions and commitment to continuous improvement.
