CMVM / Edinburgh Medical School / Deanery of Clinical Sciences
Full-time: 35 hours per week
Fixed term: 36 months
The post-holder will assist at the following stages of the research pipeline: biosample collection, scheduling appointments, supervision of children undergoing brain MRI, collection of neurodevelopmental and cognitive outcome data at 5 and 7 years, and data entry. The study is funded by the charity Theirworld and the UKRI Medical Research Council.
The Opportunity:
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
The salary for this post is
34,132 to 39,355
per annum.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Honours degree (upper second or better), or equivalent in Psychology or other related quantitative discipline.
Masters degree in psychology, neuroscience or similar subject.
Experience with clinical research databases
Experience in paediatric MRI data acquisition and or analysis
Experience taking part in paediatric research studies
