Job Purpose

:

To increase the technology readiness level (TRL) of a novel ocular drug delivery system through TRL level 4 [technology validated in lab] to TRL 5 [technology validated in relevant environment. To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will complete a comprehensive package of work including stability studies, encapsulation efficiency, release kinetics and formulation optimisation with an enhanced in-vitro and ex-vivo work package. In addition to the technical objectives, the successful candidate will work closely with the PI and business adviser to develop the commercialisation strategy for the new technology.
