The Housing and Health Research Network, located in the Department of Psychology at the University of South Wales is developing a simulation-based training programme for frontline professionals in the social housing sector, aimed at bridging the gap between evidence, policy, and practice.
This role is based at Pontypridd, but there are options for flexible working.
The successful candidate will be motivated, organised and able to work independently to deadlines and with attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as a proactive approach to work.
We are seeking a Research Assistant to support this work through stakeholder liaison, fieldwork, scenario development, evaluation, and reporting. The RA will play a central role in ensuring the co-production
process runs smoothly and that the final training offer is practical, evidence-informed, and aligned with sector needs.
This is a 0.8fte (four days per week), fixed term post for a period of 8 months
