Job Purpose:

We seek to recruit an exceptional individual as a Research Associate for the NW Depth project at Ulster University Derry~Londonderry. The post holder will join an interdisciplinary team of academics and cross-border external actors from across education. The role will include supporting research on digital skills and informing curriculum development. It will also involve evaluating the impact of the training on the learners, employers and other stakeholders in the region using a variety of different methodologies and stakeholders. This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a team who will deliver real impact across the North West of Ireland in terms of digital skills through high quality research activities.

The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) - is led by Atlantic Technological University in partnership with Ulster University, North-West Regional College, and Donegal Education and Training Board as part of the North West Tertiary Education Cluster (NWTEC). The project has secured nearly EUR10 million to support digital skills among learners in the North-West region.
