Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Research Manager - part time (15 hours per week) to lead our research initiatives and drive innovative projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in research methodologies, project management, and data leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement research strategies that align with the organisation's objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Work collaboratively with the CEO and wider team, contributing to guidance, support, and mentorship in fostering professional growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs and translate findings into actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all research activities.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Project management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency with Power BI and data analysis tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
