What you will be doing:
? Provide high-quality administrative support to Research Institute Directors.
Manage diaries, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements.
Service committees and working groups (agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-up actions).
Support research funding applications and maintain research activity data.
Coordinate onboarding for new research projects and assist with collaborative networks.
Handle sensitive correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications/ experience:
5 GCSEs at A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent experience). Strong experience using Windows-based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience servicing committee meetings and managing complex administrative tasks.
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
