You will also provide strategic support to our analyst team and help maintain Cambashi's reputation for high-quality, insightful market intelligence by applying your working knowledge of the AEC industry.
Cambashi specialises in monitoring, sizing, and reporting on the market for engineering and technical software, including CAD, BIM, CAE, Digital twin and more. Our expertise helps clients navigate complex markets with confidence.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibilities - Client Project Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and promptly address client queries.
Work with the analyst team to plan, execute, and deliver research and data analysis projects, including due diligence and post-delivery support. Ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Assist the business development team with client renewals and identify new opportunities for Cambashi's products and services.
Represent Cambashi in client meetings and at industry events, providing credible, real-world understanding to support discussions.
Secondary Responsibilities - Strategic & Analytical Support
Use your knowledge of the AEC industry to help analysts define and segment the market, as well as identify new and emerging trends.
Contribute to Cambashi's broader industry analysis by providing qualitative insights and market perspectives, including articles and thought leadership content.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
We are looking for someone with:
Real-world industry experience, ideally in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), including familiarity with engineering or technical software (e.g. CAD, BIM, CAE, Digital twin).
Note: You will not be using these types of software, Cambashi is not an engineering company.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in co-ordinating projects and a background in maintaining and developing client relationships.
Fluent in spoken and written English, able to convey ideas, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences in written, verbal, and visual formats.
A degree or equivalent vocational experience in a STEM subject.
Comfortable working with data sets and using tools such as Excel to extract market insights; deep data expertise is not required.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
The skills outlined below are advantageous but not essential; we are open to candidates with the right abilities and enthusiasm.
A strong candidate would ideally possess one or more of the following:
Experience of market intelligence, industry analysis, or market planning.
Familiarity with market modelling, data segmentation, or market research methodologies.
Experience supporting analyst or research teams with both data and qualitative inputs
An understanding of global economics and macro-economic terms and concepts.
