What do we do?
We produce high-quality, bespoke business conferences, mainly in the UK but also abroad - and we do it really well.
What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager (Conference Producer), you will be responsible for creating high-quality, profitable events from start to finish. This includes:
Building your own research lists using LinkedIn and other sources
Calling and interviewing industry professionals to gather insights on key topics
Using research to create conference agendas and marketing copy in our in-house style
Inviting and liaising with senior-level speakers, including Directors and Managers
Managing deadlines, productivity, and project timelines to deliver results
Running your conferences on the day, ensuring a seamless delegate, speaker, and sponsor experience
Briefing and collaborating with other departments to achieve excellent outcomes

What are we looking for?
At least 12 months of continuous work experience in one role since leaving education (any sector)
Experience in a busy office environment (London experience preferred)
A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for results
Ambition, drive, and strong organisational skills
Confidence on the phone and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
