The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an

Executive Researcher

to join our London office. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-profile retained search mandates across the Health and Care sectors.


As a Researcher, you'll play a central part in identifying and engaging top-tier leadership talent, providing market insight, and helping to shape the future of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Executive Search Consultants on retained mandates and market-mapping projects Attend client briefings and project meetings to gain a deep understanding of each assignment Identify, engage, and qualify senior-level candidates against defined competencies and role criteria Use headhunting and market intelligence techniques to uncover the best talent in the market Build and maintain accurate records, market maps, and talent pools Produce detailed candidate profiles and progress reports, both qualitative and quantitative Lead candidate engagement and relationship management throughout the process Work closely with Partners and Consultants to prepare shortlists and presentation materials Continuously develop sector knowledge through market literature, networking, and event attendance
