We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced

Reservation Agent

to join our team at our 4-star hotel. We invite you to apply and become part of our vibrant hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and online booking inquiries promptly and professionally. Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Provide guests with accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and promotions. Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain reservation records in the hotel system with accuracy. Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest service. Assist in up-selling rooms and services to increase revenue.
