Then choose your path at TFE Hotels and become our new reservation coordinator for our upcoming hotel pre-opening. In this role, you will oversee reservations for two hotels, ensuring smooth processes and excellent guest service across both properties.

Your key responsibilities:

Handle reservations via phone, email, or fax, process individual and group bookings accurately, and send written confirmations Ensure fast, professional, and courteous responses to all customer requests and inquiries, applying our service standard "SNAP" Maintain and update all reservation data in Opera Cloud and booking platforms, including group bookings and special sales packages Communicate clearly with Front Office and other departments to coordinate guest requests, group bookings, and special requirements across both hotels Manage arrival lists, handle no-shows, and maintain accurate company and VIP records Support advance deposit processing, cashiering duties, and adherence to credit policies Assist Front Desk during peak periods and occasionally answer calls through the hotel switchboard Support preparation of reports, group forecasts, and perform administrative tasks

More about you - your qualifications and profile:

You have completed hotel management school or an equivalent qualification in hospitality You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in reservations or front desk, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail; able to proactively prioritize and manage multiple tasks successfully Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage You are communicative, service-oriented, and keep a cool head under pressure
