A day in the life of...





As Hotel Sales Coordinator your role will be to carry out projects and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving engagement. You will conduct sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients and ensuring all sales databases are kept accurate and up to date. Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed which include weekly and monthly reports. Supporting the hotel reservations team when required ensuring reservation standards are met.Handling individual and group reservation enquiries via email, telephone or third party platforms. This role will be split between sales and reservations.


What do we need from you?





Most importantly, to be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards



Experience in hotel sales, reservations or administrative role ( hospitality experience required)



Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management



Proficiency with hotel PMS/reservation systems (eg.Opera Cloud)



Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
