As Groups & Agency Reservations Co-ordinator you will form part of the Central Support Team and assist and support the Groups & Agency Reservations Manager. If you are passionate, driven and want to grow within an amazing Company then this role is the one for you!

Main Duties:

Handling any agency & group booking enquiries through telephone, email, Whatsapp & any other communication forms received, upholding Roomzzz expected customer service standards.

Converting enquiries including promoting Perkzzz, championing any sales lead opportunities.

Co-ordinating all group & agency bookings full service, from enquiry to departure including associated admin - rooming lists, pro-forma, payment links, posting payments etc.

Communicating with Sales & Revenue teams on availability & pricing to maximise bookings effectively.

Escalating any feedback/barriers as appropriate to the wider central support team.

Handling any agency partner & group booking questions as received.

Taking ownership for daily task checklist completion.

Providing support to the hotel teams as appropriate.

Handling administrative tasks - payment posting from BACS, non-arrivals, no-show follow ups, 1 day and 7 day arrival checks.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent attention to detail.

Sales skills to maximise all reservation enquiries.

Excellent organisational skills.

Accountable and resilient.

Able to work well under pressure.

Must have customer relations experience.

Professional and adaptable approach in any given situation, such as, resolving complaints.

Please note that this role is Monday - Friday based in Head Office around 25 hours a week (preferably mornings)
