About the Role
: We are looking for a Reservations Agent (Out of Hours) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bookings, assisting clients with their requirements, and ensuring a smooth reservation experience in our 24/7 Reservations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.* Ability to work independently and in team situations* Process reservations accurately and efficiently.* Provide expert advice on DiamondAir services, availability, and pricing.* Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience.* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.* Uphold company standards of excellence in customer service.*
What We're Looking For: ? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. ? Previous experience in reservations, travel, or hospitality (preferred but not essential). ? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings. ?
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ? Proficiency in using booking systems or willingness to learn. ? A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour.
