We are a vibrant team of 18 Rapport Ambassadors, based at our client's offices near Southwark and London Bridge.



Our client is an American global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company, and you will be at the heart of creating a warm, professional and seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door. From delivering first-class reception services and managing reservations to supporting building operations and events, you will play a key role in bringing our client's workplace to life.


As a

Reservations Ambassador,

you will play a key role in being the primary point of contact and dedicated coordinator for all high-profile event bookings. The role demands exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage complex logistics while providing a personable client experience. The

Reservations Ambassador

will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless event execution from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility of hours to ensure coverage of high-level events support as required by the business)

Main responsibilities



Receive and process reservation requests via telephone, email, and online channels. Accurately enter reservation details into the system. Confirm reservations and provide guests with necessary information. Manage and modify existing reservations, including cancellations and changes. Work in partnership with all other service providers to develop and deliver meetings successfully. Collate feedback following events, aiming to continuously develop the efficiency and standards of the service delivery.

Be a proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a professional, courteous approach. Be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ensuring efficiency in high volumes of bookings. Ideally have 1-year prior experience in reservations or similar roles, with a focus on accuracy and service. Show a keen eye for detail, helping to minimise errors and double bookings. Be adaptable and comfortable working with a range of systems and software. Take initiative in improving team processes and contributing to a positive work culture. Be an effective communicator, maintaining clear and consistent updates across teams.
