To assist with reservations and deal with customer enquiries for an independent group of restaurants and pubs and to deliver friendly, efficient customer service. Plan social media content and campaigns, deliver organic and paid campaigns from start to finish and be able to analyse results.
Candidates MUST be available to work some weekends.
Main Responsibilities
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Keep up to date with current promotions and pricing, to provide information to customers
Complete all daily administration tasks as required
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Create social media content and deliver marketing strategy
Be able to prioritise duties Managing the Facebook and Instagram pages of a number of different businesses
Promoting the business and their services and products by creating eye catching social media posts that encourage customers to visit their website
Publishing and managing content

Ability to work well in a team environment and alone
Be confident and self-motivated
Demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business
Dealing with clients to establish their need

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
