Our guests luxurious experience at our award-winning hotel and spa begins with you. With your energetic personality, you will deliver the highest level of customer service, as well as liaise with all other departments here within the spa to ensure their stay is seamless.

From your very first telephone conversation with a guest, to securing their booking (And in turn, earn yourself some commission!) you are at the forefront of their fabulous experience. Our Reservations Team knows how to build a rapport with long standing Ragdale Hall Spa members, as well as take care of first-time visitors to the hall who are ready to be wowed with our 5customer service. No two bookings are the same, and therefore your meticulous attention to detail, as well as your ability to multitask is vital. You will ensure all reservation enquiries, bookings and cancellations are up to date, whilst ensuring all admin is complete after carrying out the final checks before guests arrive.
If you have a confident personality that is perfectly suited to driving sales through excellent customer service, then our Reservations Team want to talk to you today. We offer great commission-based sales incentives, bonus schemes and social team events.

Qualifications and skills required

Previous sales and customer service experience would be preferred but not required.

Hours of work

8 hours per week working 1 days out of 7 between 8.30am - 7.00pm, including some weekends.
