This is a full time position, 5 days / ~40hrs a week.

You will be a key point of contact for guests in the restaurant and a key figure for guiding and informing the guests experience. A naturally confident and enthusiastic person who will be key in the provision of a friendly and professional level of service. You are expected to take on information you learn in your training, and use this to better understand our product, and thus be able to provide a higher level of service to your guests. Our level of expectation for service is high, and we expect it to be executed in a professional manner.

You will be based at the front desk with the primary role of greeting and seating guests in the restaurant. Also taking and dealing with bookings both by email and phone. Ideally you already have experience using Sevenrooms, Opentable or similar restaurant booking systems in a busy restaurant environment.

Compiling pre-orders & function sheets for the kitchen and restaurant teams and liaising with mgt guest information and maximising both cover optimization & guest experience.
