Job Summary:

The Reservation Manager will oversee all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests. You will manage reservation operations, work closely with the management to optimize occupancy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily reservation operations, including phone, online, and in-person bookings Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively Handle special bookings, private events, and guest requests with professionalism Monitor reservation trends and develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure data integrity Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints related to reservations Assist in marketing efforts to promote reservation bookings and special offers

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in reservation management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in reservation management software and MS Office Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of Manchester's dining scene and high-end hospitality standards is a plus
