We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Winery Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and timely manner Provide a welcoming reception experience for guests, tour groups, suppliers, and Team Manage booking schedules for winery tours and tastings Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence Assist with event coordination and hospitality duties when required Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication

We're looking for our Winery Receptionist to have :

Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and manner Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A positive, can-do attitude and a team-player approach Interest in wine or the wine industry is a plus, but not essential
